Teddys Purpose - The Memory Wall
Teddy has touched so many people in the short time he was with us. He is NOT the first dog that we have lost at Sula, and unfortunately, he will not be the LAST. All the Sula dogs that have gone over the rainbow bridge are etched on our hearts and in our memories, each one special in their own way. Because Teddy touched so many of us, we think that whilst his little life was far too short, it had to have a purpose. We think that we have found that purpose, a way to both remember Teddy and create a legacy for many dogs that left this world.
The SULA Society Memory Wall and Teddy’s Tile are dedicated to his memory.
Teddy's purpose will be to help The SULA Society to continue the mission to ”Save
unloved lovable animals".
Ever since we opened the shelter, we have wanted to have a memory wall, not just for Sula dogs, but for your fur family members who have closed their eyes for the last time, or maybe those who want to remember a special “Gotcha Day”.

We believe this is the time to start the wall, and Teddys will be the first tile to be placed,
followed by the other Sula dogs that have passed. Teddy's purpose will be to help raise
funds for the other dogs in need, and to bring our memories together on the wall.
We want to cover the wall with tiles and for each one, we will ask for $75 USD or $100 CAD which will
go directly back into the shelter. Each tile will help the dogs and puppies at the shelter, that
have been let down in one way or another. You will have a tile on our 2 walls (a physical wall at the shelter and a virtual wall on our website) and a certificate for your generous support.
Thank you for your continued support, and as Dalai Lama said: “Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can’t help them, at least don’t hurt them.”
