More about me

Ri-Ri is a wonderful dachshund X (maybe crossed with a lab) but on the bigger size. She is 38 lbs. of love and personality. She's approximately 3 years old and has been in foster in southern Alberta for over 6 months. She is great with children and other dogs, however cats are a no no for Rose. She likes a good chase but her foster sister cat doesn't appreciate Rose's enthusiasm.
She is wonderful on leash and requires moderate exercise. She is the perfect roommate. House trained and crate trained. She is extremely food motivated and will do anything for a delicious treat.
Ri-Ri is extremely playful and loves a good cuddle wrestle. She is all personality and lights up any room. She will make an amazing family member and deservers the best! Ri-Ri is looking for a forever home or a foster home with no cats.

What does it cost to adopt a dog?
The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.

What does the fee include?
This includes vet blood work and check up, including all needed follow-ups, any medications needed to get him healthy, spay or neuter by vet, food and care while at SULA, the vet pre-flight check up and clearance and any needed meds before flying, transport to the airport, all paperwork, all vaccinations, the cost for the airline transport, and use of a kennel in transport, a sweater and harness for arrival, and endless love.
